Not what you expected?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Habit will gladly exchange or issue store credit for unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with the original tags attached. All returns and/or exchanges must be mailed back to the address below with 20 days of your order date exchange or store credit. All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. A copy of your original receipt must be included in your return shipment.

All returns and/or exchanges must be within 20 days of your original purchase date in order to receive a full credit that will be applied to a Habit Gift Card Only. Future credits may be redeemed ONLINE ONLY. Habit does not offer cash or credit card refunds for any returned merchandise -- online credit only.
Returns and credits are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please email email@example.com with any questions.
We are currently working to create a seamless return process; please be patient. At this time we will issue a pre-paid UPS return label after you email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return. Please return merchandise through UPS Ground. Habit is not responsible for lost or missing packages and cannot issue a credit if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs.

Habit is only able to process Domestic Shipping and Returns at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: Our client and employee safety is our #1 priority. Habit takes all federal and local government recommendations into consideration as we plan on moving forward in this "new normal". All returns and exchanges will be steam cleaned and/or disinfected according to the most updated CDC recommendations and guidelines.
